The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
After a weekend of logging miles, start off your week with a great Runners‘ Recovery class with run coach and mobility specialist, Jenny Maier. This class will be perfect to ease those tired muscles (especially for those who will be running the Boston marathon the weekend before) and help your body bounce back for your weekly miles. Jenny will lead us through a series of stretches and moves designed to support those hardworking muscles key to running and help make us stronger and more resilient! No experience or equipment is necessary (if you have a mat, or yoga block, they are helpful). The Zoom link will be emailed to all registrants the morning of class day.
