Saturday Morning Run
- Meet at Ocean Beach
- NOTE: The meeting point for Saturday runs changes from week to week, due to various reasons. Watch this space for updates.
- 7:45am start - running distances of 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 4, 16 & 18 miles
- 6:30am start (members only) (no long run this week)

- Due to recent events, we are suspending the use of drop bags for long runners when there are fewer than 10 long runners and/or when we are short of volunteers for 10 or more long runners. We will do our best to make alternate arrangements.

Trail Series (Saturday/Sunday)
Saturday long runs will alternate running on trails and running with the regular SFRRC group on the road. Most of these trail runs will be in various locations in Marin. Please check the calendar to be sure of the location.
- Saturdays meet at 8:00am
- Sunday runs will generally be shorter - 5-10 miles - and will usually be held at Rodeo Valley or in San Francisco. Please check the calendar to be sure of the location.
- Sundays will meet at 9:00am

Tuesday Evening Track Runs
- Meet at 6:30pm at the west gate of Kezar Stadium
- Led by Coach Jenni Kirk
- Designed for runners who have a 6 month running base, run 3+ times/week, and have consistently run 20+ miles/week
- NOTE: If it’s your first time attending track training, please email Coach Jenni so she knows to look for you, and so she can help determine a proper workout for you ahead of time.
