After a weekend of logging miles, start off your week with a great Runners‘ Recovery class with run coach and mobility specialist, Jenny Maier. This class will be perfect to ease those tired muscles (especially for those who just ran Boston and will be Big Sur and M2B) and help your body bounce back for your weekly miles. Jenny will lead us through a series of stretches and moves designed to support those hardworking muscles key to running and help make us stronger and more resilient! No experience or equipment is necessary (if you have a mat, or yoga block, they are helpful). The Zoom link will be emailed to all registrants the morning of class day.

We are excited to announce a new partnership coming to the club in May: Barry’s x SFRRC Sunday Group Sweats! Barry’s Castro has kindly offered everyone in the club 2 free classes, valid Sunday afternoons in the month of May at the Castro studio location.
Class Days: May 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th.
Class Times: 1:00pm, 2:10pm, 3:20pm, and 4:30pm.
