On Sunday morning February 1st, SFRRC is helping our fellow San Francisco running club (Pamakids) as course monitors/marshals for the San Francisco Half Marathon, 10k, 5k. We will keep runners going the right way, cheer on runners and our SFRRC crew running Kaiser as well!

Join us for our first Runners’ Strength & Mobility session of 2026! Run coach and movement specialist, Jenny Maier, will lead us through a series of yoga inspired strengthening exercises/stretches designed to help build and support strong muscles for injury free running. As always, there‘ll be time at the end of class for Jenny to answer any questions you have about specific concerns you might be experiencing with your running and exercises that might help address those issues. The Zoom link will be sent to all registered participants by 5 pm on the day of class. Equipment is optional (if you have a yoga mat, block, resistance bands or light weights, they can be incorporated) and exercises can be modified.
