Come join us virtually for some well deserved recovery work with run coach and movement specialist, Jenny Maier. She‘ll lead us through some light activation followed by a lot of stretching for muscle repair and maintenance. This awesome class is for those who are recovering from races, prepping for one or who just want to give their muscles some well deserved recovery work. Optional equipment to bring to class includes yoga mat, yoga block (or stack of books), long resistance bands and/or a blanket.
The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants by 5 pm on the day of class.
